ABC was established by 8 clusters and was registered by Sofia city court with decision 617/2009 from October 30th, 2009.

4. ICT Cluster  - Varna

5. Bulgarian ICT Cluster - Sofia

6. Cluster "Optela - LT" - Plovdiv

7. Cluster "Information Resources" - Sofia

8. Maritime Cluster - Varna
